I can switch tunes in about 5 minutes. That isn't that hard. and no laptop needed.

I will be buying regular street tires for my car. That way I don't eat my DR's to fast. More then likely will be KDW2's. Less you can recommend something a little better that isn't 400 a tire. I can get 285/35/19's for rear for about 260 each.

I thought you had a acura...sorry. I run all season's in the winter....nothing gets traction on a cold dirty road with over 400rwhp.

I've run some toyo ra1's and the yokohama equivalant. That's the type of tire I usually drive on. R compound tires like that usually last 8-10k and they make the car a blast to drive on backroads. They will be pricey....and they will help you control all that money your about to spend on mods.

So then that would make your car a race car, by your own definition. You can't use the tires all the time, and you put them on when you go to the track. If running a car on E85 in a state where it is plentiful makes a race car, then so does running dedicated wheels/tires on your car. See how dumb that sounds?

I have 3 sets of wheel/tires I use. Winter tires, my 18's that I run the most, my bogarts drag wheels. Tires for the right situation.

I feel ya but that a lot of work. I will have two sets. My 19's and then my Weld RT-S's. That is enough. Hell if the Army wouldn't be making me leave TX I wouldn't have nothing but the Weld RT-S's.

as mentioned, the hankook v12 EVO is as good as pirelli's on traction. far better than the rest.

The Pirelli's sucked. I could light them up in every gear when I was stock. And it was even worse with a tune cold air.

I have decided I will just go with either KDWII's or Nitto NT05's.
