Damn.. Lol never taken my viper to a drag strip. Just runnin with my lil fx2 timer. Im at a 1000 feet and 75 degree weather.
Best my current 500 rwhp viper has done is 11.5 at 125
Best my buddies 680 awhp gtr did was 11.6 at 128 best
Buddies 495 rwhp cammed c6z06 went 11.9 at 123 best
My Stock 400 rwhp 99 viper went 12.5 at 116 best
My h/c ls1 vette at 380 rwhp went 12.6 at 113 best
My supercharged 333 rwhp nsx went 13.0 at 113 best
All at the same place with the same gear. Damn proud of how my car stacks up real world.
But these are all non official till we buy the gps timers. Then its on!

. Don't know what we'd do without out ya Kill. I do love your car though.Im with you man but im just saying that if a awd 12 gtr runs a 11.4 at 121 and the ctsv runs a 12.4 at 117 at tbe strip tbat isnt the be all end all.
Theres just 4 mph between them and most of that is from the gts agressive catapult from 0-80.
Line em up at 60 and race to 140 and see who wins is all im saying...
Edit.... Lol.... 12 gtr will eat it but not the pre12s.
Theres so much more than quartermile.
Would you rather have the car running 11.5 at 118 mph or the car running 12.0 at 125 mph?

Come on man in the quartermile a stock 420 awhp gtr is almost as fast as my 500 rwhp viper. It can run 11.7s every time while my average runs are 11.7s. But line emup at a 60 mph roll and ill run away.
Awd will help the gtr match much faster cars in the quarter much like how the 230 awhp sti's used to match the 300 rwhp vettes.
Saying somthing is faster because of quartermile is an old mans game. These days mph trap speed and 60-130 mph tell the real story

but u know most people on here hate roll races.
but it is funny to watch my buddy in his evo destroy me by .7 at the strip but i pull past him frm any roll.
(in the cobalt that is, i can launch the hugger in street/strip)

did he ever get that car sorted out? I still want to run him if he is up for it. I love how people are so unimpressed with killemall's 11.5@125. It doesn't seem like a bad time to me.
