Wait, there is no way I could beat one at the track. We have been told this by the Mopar boys. The 392 you saw must have had something wrong with it.

Well since you ask, my 99 Cobra did run in the 10's with only a 126mph trap speed but my 1/8th mph averaged 99-101 so I'm not sure what is wrong with yours. Anyways last time the car was on the scales it was 3525lbs, then I installed a solid axle -150 I think, no rear seats, and no sway bar. So my car still wasn't close to 3200lbs like yours. Not to mention I was finding my own gears with no help and with the stock T45. (I'm still using the stock 10 spline T45 with now over 600rwhp That input shaft HAS to be atleast twisted with what I've put it through!)

So in short I would say you are doing something wrong. Nice MPH though.

Oh and this wasn't on Bias Ply ET Streets. Infact the Mach 1's run was the only time I've ever used ET Streets. I must say I like them...

Nothing is wrong with it other than the 10bolt hanging on. I usually run 100(with a best of 104) in the 1/8, but since the traps may have been off....maybe they were a little slow in the 1/8. Try doin doin what I've done with a n/a stock crate production longblock. Only a high 10 at only 126 with a boosted v8 and a straight axle conversion......sad. What???you could'nt get there on the oe rear....lol Guess we're in the same boat ...lol

My guess would be you probally had it on a race gas mix also.....I could be wrong....but I'm probally not if the truth is known.

By the way I'm proud of my weight reduction. I've done stuff that most would deem to much effort, or would'nt have the know how/skills/tools to get started. I don't have to be so simple as to remove my interior to make the car go faster.

No it was on pump gas, not even that E85 race car fuel you bitch and moan about. Keep trying for 10's man, you might get them next year.

What did you do?? Turn it up for a pass and then turn it back down to make it live. 03turbo told me that's what you pm'ed him to do.....your a great internet racer.

That's the difference between you and I. I can pretty much run on the street what I run at the track. The car don't change (Bogart vs 18's on it which are far more fun anyway) much sometimes not any and it leaves like **** both places.

Happy Thanksgiving!

It's like me having fun with the new Camaros, i had a run against a CB,CAI tuned yesterday, and i litterally put 2 cars on it from a dig, it was an M6, and as always, shitty driver like most of them , i don't understand how with more motor and little less weight, they don't seem to run as they should. Last Thursday i raced one with LT's at Irwindale, guy ran 8.5's all night to my 8.4's, he said he was pushing 430rwhp, tuned by haddad motorsports, i didn't have batteries in my blackberry, so i have no video. i have one from a race with a 5.0 though.

I can hang until they hit 3rd gear , i need to put this tank on a diet..

Sounds dead on for a non broken in car. Once he hits the 3000 mile mark he can expect 12.50's from the Charger
