I raced a 3/4 ton Chevy work van in my Sonoma. The work van had a 150k mile 4.8, a 4000lb water tank full (for traction) and had the tow/haul mode set to kill. My Sonoma is a 4.3 auto with fram air filter, and has a custom exhaust cutout (rust hole) and the rusty cab corner weight reduction mod. We went from a 50 roll and i got walked hard.

But, I guess I can sucessfully mount the bottle in the truck without any fitment issues, so thats where she's gonna be! Still gonna obviously paint it like the dew bottle back there though. IDK if I should just get the bottle painted green, and then go to a sticker shop and have them print me out a label.. Or just have the whole thing hand painted.
My inspiration.
LMAO!

The only good thing about winter for some of us northern guys... Is it gives us an excuse to tear the cars down and mod them while were forced into not driving them from the snow. From my experience down south, people tend to drive their cars all year round and DD them.
Granted, there are still many guys who drive their cars year-round as DD's up north, but from my experience, at least locally, most people here store their for the winter and mod them.
Thats the only real benefit of being a car guy and having snow; It gives you a good reason to mod it when you're not able to drive it.

Will do. I'm going to be sending it to my Uncle in California who owns a body shop and is a good painter sometime over the winter. Originally I was going to mount the bottle right behind my back seat because I wasnt sure if it would have fit alright in the trunk, and everyone always rips on me for always drinking mountain dew... And I wanted to hide the bottle, but being as though you can see the bottle very easily through the windows, I came up with a plan to paint it like a mountain dew bottle. Nobody would ever notice....
