In that case, you're used to driving a slower car, so you simply lied because you're a hater... ![Bang Head](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_banghead.gif)
You should go troll elsewhere. Our forums are "all full up" with dumbass and wannabe already.
Don't go wasting everyone's time exclaiming how you always beat new 5.0's in your stock WS6 either... We know they're quicker than stock 4th gens. They're notably quicker, at that. They also handle much better and feel and look far less "cheap" than any F-body since 1972...
Simply stated, the new Mustang GT (in any variation) is more performance oriented than the 4th gen. Anyone who test drove a new MGT and thinks it's slow or cheap... or junk as compared to any 4th gen...![Sleepy](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_zzz.gif)

That race went exactly as expected...all things equal, the 6.1 SRT-8 is slower than the Camaro SS, which is a little slower than the Mustang GT. Had this been a 392 Challenger, it would probably have ended up out front.

Had it been a 392 Callenger, it would of lost to the GT500 and the ZL-1.

So now you have to own an F-body to post on a car related Public Forum? What if you had one? What if you are looking to purchase one?

I meant at about 1:28 but now that I look at it it seems more like shifting. 392 isn't much more than the old 6.1 price wise. I'd take the 5.0 too, especially yours
Sweet, hope I'm not 1 of the 7 since I have an 86 firebird(not sure if you can see my sig since I'm posting mobile
