2010 SS vs 2007 turbo'd Monte Carlo SS
07MCSS came out tonight for a bit and we made a few pulls to see how much the headers helped the Camaro. Prior to the headers, from 50ish to 110ish he would put a few cars on me, and would still be creeping away.
His car is geared tall with the stock gearing and it runs good for what it is. It is a T70 with supporting fuel system mods, meth and tuned obviously. Stock longblock, stock tq converter.
Here is a before the headers vid, I hung better in this one than on the run that didn't get recorded.

Here is after the headers were installed.

Thanks guys, yeah the headers woke the car up for sure. It went 12.8 before so I'm hoping for a 12.5 now.
As for Chris's car, its a real neat build. His car ran 13.8 after I tuned it, basically stock with just a tune. Launching he car is rediculously impossible on the BFG tires he has. Its on faily low boost too, really a reliable setup that is fun on the street. The turbo is very quiet too, very sleeper like. He will surprise people.

Same here. When I made my only track trip to memphis i was the only one at the track....lol Misting rain as soon as I started running. Got a handful of passes before traction was non existent. The temp was ok that night but wind and humidity was horrid. I had to work the next weekend they were open, then they shut down for the season. Im looking for mid 12's when I go back in the spring.

Wow that really woke your car up... I still dont have tune, waiting for my cam.... but I went 12.60s without it... so i bet you get your 12.50s with that tune. Do you have an intake yet?
