Well their weight isnt anything near to reasonable (lol) but they have gone 12.50's bone stock. Very rare but it has been done. Am i saying theyre mid 12sec cars?? Hell no. They are mid-low 13sec cars all day long. Well at least the Autos are. The typical SRT8 owner is not the type to bang gears...

i love the ls1 but. i can't afford to buy one. i actually traded an 89 GT for this car so, for now this is what i have to roll with...lol. she's my daily driver so, if i can put her firmly in the 12's i'll be pretty happy.

Thew new 6.4 Challengers solved the weight problem. Showed you can be extremely fast in a boat, 12.6 1/4 mile all day in the new 392's. Shuts down the Camaro SS and Mustang GT, but for almost $20,000 more.

Lol, if he's your co-worker, how come he can afford a new Challenger, and you're stuck with a 17 year old F-ody? Sure he isn't your boss?

thanks snake. i like to think i'm pretty well rounded. i can appreciate a car no matter who made it. my Trans Am is a great car and i love it but, i really miss my coupe. The Trans Am is a nicer car but, my coupe was a much more enjoyable car.

Thats a pretty bold statement considering I would beat you by 3-4 cars in a race and I have what.....2 mods lol not only that but I can beat stock 5.0s and stock 03 Cobra's. Impressive enough for me...

hey, i'm happy for him. but, sometimes...stirring the pot get's that reaction. it's not beyond reason for an LT1 to do what i did...cause i did it. his statement just makes him sound ignorant.

I can see what he means somewhat. If your car is a 103 car and you started 2 cars back I dont see anyway how you could make up the yards and pull him back in even if he didn't know how to drive.
