not enough room to go faster...we will get some more runs in this weekend and run them up a little higher around 130-140. I predict a steady pull all the way.

Just to clear the air...NO NITROUS! My avitar was from my 02 z06 on 100 shot and my h/c 99 ss on a 100 shot. I do plan on spraying. Im still trying to decide on a kit. My brother will be installing his nitrous outlet kit soon as well.

Then they can do a dig race if your talking trap speeds. The stang probably traps slightly higher. Going from 20-30 mph to just over 100 mph is not a very long run, and the slightest jump can mean a win or loss. If you drag it out to 130-140 mph, it gives a better indication of the difference between the cars, and sometimes one car will fall on the hit and catch back up.

I didn't assume you had nitrous. Just have personally raced a well driven M6 5.0 and they are phuckin quick. Never seen an auto in action so who knows, maybe they are slugs like the L99 SS's stock.

The mustang lost people. Quit making ricer excuses.
What really happened is a good driver instead of a grocery getter grandpa drove his car to its potential.

But i would say you have a strong runner and you can drive it well. try and get a run in with a stock m6 gt. Ive still yet to see those 2 cars go at it with both cars being driven to the best of there ability.
Again I ask, wasn't the fastest bone-stock time of 12.22@115 supposedly ran by an A6 car @ Cecil? Up until now everyone has claimed the auto's to be just as fast or faster than the 6M. Must be a lot of "retarded" people around here.

I'm wondering am I the high hp 5th gen on ls1tech!?!?

I know dietcoke is all motor and has massive weight reduction but I think he's like 500/550rwhp isn't he?

Wish I could run him or most of you guys ******* only have literally 5 cars to run down here. A ******* 24psi procharged foxbody that's 1xxx rwhp.... a 780awhp evo x (faster in the world apparently ams x900 with upgraded turbo), a BLGTR1300 (1130awhp), a 670awhp sti that ran 9.97 and a 760awhp evo 8.

No one else will race me.

This just in, the 5.0 lost to a gen5.

Stock longblock gen 5 record is somewhere mid 11s. Not gutted, just bolt ons and drag wheels.

As far as i know, ive never heard of this car... maybe some fabled car. But to my knowledge, the fastest was a 12.1 at 114 by a stick car. Either way... i dont have a coyote... so i could give 2 ***** about it.

I dont feel any extra badass with any car i own. Im on here all the time defending realism... most of the time im defending GM cars. But it seems whenever i defend the realism of the potential of a 5.0... i get flamed for being a nutswinger blah blah blah. If had enough of it. I really do have better thing to do then to defend cars i do not own.

Cecil is a very fast track. Sans Atco the fastest I think around after 15 years of doing this everywhere in the US.
And like I mentioned before unless you see these cars running in person its hard to verify whats done and whats not done. Lot of local 5.0 shops out here got caught fibbing on mods at MIR etc...

Want to read up on what they can do from a shop that has been around since 1990 then read here. These guys don't bullshit

I remember this. There was some skepticism about a local shops car as well. With tuner cars you just never know what's all done.
