Seriously though, @ 3500lbs, it ain't happening. Heck, most cam/bolt-on LS1 F-bodies would be happy to run that number, and they make a good deal more power with similar weight. Sometimes common sense is the best gift one can have.
Just to be clear 3500 is raceweight. Dyno numbers are not everything just saying

I think its a z1 transmission. From where he tops out 4th at the RPM he shifts at. Not 100% sure but its a 6 speed for sure. The a2 trans's are way to long compared to the z3/z1/a transmissions.

I think when they switched to the Z1 they went to the "Type R" transmission.

The a2 and the z1 are the same thing only difference is the Z1 has a better/shorter Final drive (IIRC). The R transmission (out of the ITR) has a closer ratio in 4th and 5th. The one from the CTR has the same gearing as the z1 but with a shorter final drive. Theres like a shitload of em. But out of all the 6 speed k-series trannys the a2 is the longest.

Yea I never knew that k24 came in a eg hatch Want to talk about me getting into race cars but it takes a motor/trans swaped sub 2500lb honda to run high 11s.

Its all good, civics in the US came with **** platforms, everyone knows that. Still a stock swap with bolt ons, in a full interior shell.

But hey you of all people can't get mad at swaping motors, cause you ford guys do it all the time. Ford guys have been swaping LSx's into mustangs for years now

Nothing else to say you are in left field with motor swaped hondas. No ford guys swap lsx into mustangs. It is only gm guys that hate driving in a oversized catfish that do it.
