It happens. I was lucky parents helped me out with first 3 years. This yr & the extra semester/year will be on my own. Thank God for me being a frugal bastard and saving a lot.

Hate owing money. Only reason I have a loan on my jet ski was to build credit on top of my credit card and they gave me a steal of a rate.

I can actually say I did what you both speak of but I went to school full time not part time and had a full time job while I was going to school it was hard but I did it and manage. I also paid for my school.

I'm full time as well. Work here and there. I'm very involved on campus so I don't have a whole lot of time to work. Thank God for savings

I always said that...why would anyone spend the money for a degree in Liberal Arts. What the hell do you do with a degree like that anyway to pay your loan off afterwards? The only thing I can think of is work on Broadway in NY with the rest of those eclectic wierd-asses..
what a waste

I would say a Good Enough Diploma is probably more valuable than a liberal arts degree.

I would say even an associates degree is better off. Just take some general classes, take them around business, and anybody can get into Wells Fargo or a similar place like that (at least around here) doing something much better than a Teller. The only liberal arts majors I've known in my life were the ones who worked as servers at the restaurant I worked at for 5 years. Yes, they had degrees too...

DMACC, a local community college in Des Moines, you can get an AAS in accounting specialist with 66 credits at $133/credit hour. $8778 later and they are much better off than your average Psychology, etc. "anything with studies at the end" major grad

Yup, i don't think you understand what rice is. Just cause its an import does not mean its rice, to be honest since ive joined this site ive seen more riced out GM cars on here that are praised, than i have seen hondas over the years. Your just another typical domestic owner, with a one track mind. I see it already.

every time I go to autozone for a new accessory I get a compliment on my car from a random mexican replacing his battery/alternator in the parking lot.
Does that mean it looks ricey?

lol idc. You made a comment about it so im responding. only on ls1tech do people like and think spray painting your interior trim is still cool, or adding LED's to your hood scoops. Like i said, if your mods would be on ANY other car it would be considered rice, so IMO its rice, whether its on a domestic or an import. Rice is rice.

Lol your cars not ricey man, its all OEM, and clean. Done up nice, from the looks of it in your sig! I actually really like how the color looks on a T/A too, it matches its styling IMO (very radical).
