ESS M3 Vs 04 COBRA Vs TURBO HONDA HATCH Vs TURBO TALON Vs E55 AMG Vs C5
Its not my best work, but its not horrible (should have lowered window.)
After a few weeks of helping out with Hurricane Sandy, I came home and wanted to relieve some stress.
I was originally lined up to run some GT500's. As things got late and no takers, a random sweet black 04 cobra saw me pull in and asked to run from a dig. Ive said it before, but I have a soft spot for Termi's.. so a clean black one definitly had my attention.
I dont do digs on the street, i wont win, ever, and if i wanted to do that, i would pay the $15 to hit Atco (20 minutes away). He wanted to start low, too low for me, but at least we were moving. 1st gr, 30ish start.
The rest were first come first served, literally

That's the thing. M3's run good 60's at the track. I can cut legitimate 1.9's all day on my M3 with street tires. But on the street it's a whole different story. Especially for him.

I prefer digs as well, but sometimes it is just more plausible and safe depending upon the conditions and power of the cars to do rolls. I'd be pretty pissed if some asshat lost control of his car and fishtailed into my BMW too, or vice versa

i didnt force a run, we compromised, i like 40+ rolls, he wanted a dig. 1st gear 30 mph and we both still spun bad, (hell, i spun and sat on the rev limit, you can hear it). It would have been worse for both of us from a dig, not sure why he wanted it in the 1st place. According to the rear cars, termi was about to sidewipe us all anyway.

Not alot of bimmer guys roll around on drag radials like fbody poeple. can't hold them to your expectations. Now my 335xi, that was a mean little dig car. I've won alot races with that car on the street just because It ***** and gets with the AWD.
