Compare blown camaros stock displacement to 5.0's blown stock displacement, bolt on times, internal mods times, Its over a full seconded difference in some areas. Everything about the new camaro is fail.

Sad you can't get over pos camaro can't hang sith new Mustang stock or modded. Even there super zl1. GT500 has got love 11's but yet to hit 10's. Honestly don't think will see one hit 10's stock. To many people Modding them soon get them. Oh and my bad the 5.0 is 12.2 bone stock not 12.1.

Hioslow does owns a Ford. A foxbody with a termi swap.
ZL1 is slow for sure stock. But if you are modding I would take one over any 5.0,Boss due to the car having forced induction. And in the right hands the ZL1 stock is faster than both at the drag strip. But then again the GT500 will demolish it and that is a more fair comparison.

Ok so your comparison is the new 5.0 is .5 slower than the ZL....I'll agree with that. How is the new ZL a pos? It outruns all fords but 1 and out handles that one.

The boss has went just as fast as the ZL1 both stock. So how is it beating all fords? And many test have shown it behind the GT500 in track times also. So yes a pos. After all GM claimed it fell on its face. Wow its half a second faster then a n/a 5.0 with 420hp that starts at 25k less. Good job GM you got a real great car there. You really are the biggest GM nutswinger here.

fastest a BONE STOCK boss has went on stock meats is 12.0. ZL i have seen 11.9. But one thing i can say having seen both cars in person and how they perform.. theres more to be gained in a boss with just a tire then a ZL. The boss has much worse traction/suspension issues.
Stock for stock, in the acceleration department... the boss and ZL are equal. I can tell you i will beat pretty badly any stock ZL or stock boss to come off any assembly line regardless of what my terrible track performance shows. Atleast on the roll. My rear suspension is done and ill be ordering my own set of wheels and tires...hopefully wheel hop is a thing of the past. Had i not had any of the vast issues with my 1-2 shift...that would have been an easy 12.0 at 119 pass with the same 1.90 60 ft i cut.
Regardless... id love to play with a ZL on a road course with my new mods

If I had'nt of had a duff o2 I may have gone 132 last time out too
A ZL has been a 11.7 stock so far.....stock as in stock.
