Technically, on that 2nd race, the LS2 car won by where the 1320 line is.
The first run the Camaro was spinning HORRIBLY. Second run was much better, as you can tell. Mustang isn't much heavier, cloth base model, but it definite is heavier. Camaro made 370rwhp converter locked, 333rwhp converter unlocked.

I dont see how the car is less than 3000lbs..my ls1 swapped 94 z28 is gutted, no ac/heat, 6spd, lightweight race seat, mini battery and my car is still 3300lbs w me in it and 1/2 tank gas..does he have aerospace brakes, lightweight wheels, chromoly front suspension?..good runs btw

Just what I can remember off hand...
No AC
No heat
No radio
No bumper supports
No rear seats (the back is what loses more weight, not the pads obviously)
15" skinnies in front
15" wheel in back with a bias ply
LS1 swap lost weight
I think it has an aftermarket K member in it, not sure.
And I'm not sure how much gas was in it when he weighed it, which can drop a decent amount obviously. Still has factory carpet in it as well.
There's probably some more stuff, I'll see if he can chime in.
Weight falls out of these cars pretty easy.
