Nice day yesterday so a few of us decided to meet up for some runs.

13 427 Vette has LTs and Intake and the 2010 Evo has upgraded turbo, bolt-ons on E85. They did a couple of 40 rolls......


I also ran a buddy of mine 01 Z28 with LT headers, off-road y pipe, 2100 stall, lid, free ram air mod + ss hood, msd wires, 3.23 gears.

Sorry..no vid on this one. My GoPro is on the hood of the Vette (in vid above)when it was running the Evo. Regardless, I pulled on the Z28 and had 1.5 cars on by 120. We ran three times with the same results. His car runs strong but his trans took a couple of seconds to kick down. This delay allowed me to jump a car on him and then pull another half to full car by 120. He is a friend of mine and also a member on here...maybe he will chime in.

He has a pewter Z28 with similar mods to the one I raced so we will run again...This time I will have my GoPro...

Was this on way to track? I have a buddy that was with a Evo that looked the same and he was talking about some one with a 427 Vette. He is in N.C.

and that Evo is fast!!..for the Vette to pull that hard I am amazed everytime I see his car run! That LS7 is one nasty Mfer!

Yes N/C. I foget what town he is in. I will find out. He ran a Cobra at the track. The grey on did.


EDIT: He is in S.C. My bad. He was talking about his dad's 427. He traded his 2010 GT500 in on the 427. Thought maybe I got luck and could give them ****. HAHA. Guy with grey one just got out of army.

Yes...I heard when you get the clutch you will run him again..I'd be curious how you will do this time. I will say though, that the EVO does move out well. Real quick car...as you know.
