I don't see a 4 mph increase though. Given itll accelerate better but it wont do much being that the shift points will still be the same with a gear change. Maybe a mph or 2.

I know notch picked up like 2 mph from a gear swap (3.73s) in his car. IIRC.

Yeah i know a gear change would help out the LS1 car aswell. Notch picked up like 2 mph with his car.

Yea and going from a 3.27 to a 4.30 would be night and day difference. More so then going from a 3.42 to a 3.73.

Regardless, i don't see much of an increase with JUST gears. Stop sign has a lighter car with more gear, and 2 mods and big and littles and he barely traps more than a stock LS1.

More mods and more weight reduction. You traped 1mph more than my friends full weight/optioned SS with a lid, ported TB and sawed off muffler.

You're really proud of beating a car with like 800lbs on you and less than $150 worth of mods by 1 mph?

My other buddy with bolt ons went 12.3 at 115 full weight and on stock rims and stock width nittos.

Imagine if he had the weight reduction your car had and big and littles like your car had.
