Not sure if you think that scares me or not but I've been doing this for a while. I will either meet you at Zmax, Mooresville, or we can do some dig runs in Gastonia, NC or closer my way. You can bring everyone you know if you want, just wanna run you a couple times.

No, you can either come to where I am, or run yourself. You called me out, so if you want to run you can come to me. I'll even meet in Raleigh as I drive there daily anyways.

Ok well forget I said anything, not driving 4 hours. Doing it the Hiho way and going by mph it looks like we would be neck and neck.

The thing is alot of people run as there dd w/o a tire change. The tire change is huge. DD it on those tires. I dd mine on the dr's some but mostly on r compound RR tires. Notch does when the weather breaks.

Their not that bad if your nice to them, don't let them wheel hop. Put a tire on it like Stoppy runs and it will surprise you how much of a hit it will take. Their good for low 1.7 60's .

It's the truth...what else am I suppose to tell ya.

You never did answer what your 1/8 mph was on your 12.58 run. That's why I asked. It would give us a better idea on 1/4 estimate. What was your 1/8 et on that run too?

7.99@89mph with a 1.77 60'. That's off the top of my head without me going into the binder to get the slips.

So tell me....How do could you back half better with less mph? How come your 1/8 mph is down when you freed 2 locked up calipers?

Right now you looking to convert to a 12.2x to a 12.3x 1/4.

Hello all... Just wanted to note that I was the camera operator in the videos, and sorry for the bounciness... I was videoing like Michael J. Fox...

Kevin's car is a good runner.. He is doing a good job at getting every horsepower possible to the ground with his setup.. pretty efficient if you ask me. And there are more things he can tweak to get some more out of it.

Much respect to his car.

He'll no you can't. I didn't have a choice, I had to get an aftermarket one for the nova to adapt the t56 pull style clutch to a gen 1 sbc. Cost me $460 lol

No one is mad, i think the only one whos mad here is you, seems like anytime me or hio or anyone else whos said anything to you makes a comment you have to come around and join the circle jerk cause your clearly butt hurt about it for some odd reason.

Seriously though how does MPH not matter? If your car doesn't MPH what do you expect it to ET on? hopes and dreams? Lets see your ZR1 run tens without the MPH it puts up, Lets see your ZR1 Run tens with half its power since obviously ET is everything. To have a badass track car you need BOTH. Period. Who ever says other wise is a retard. Hey bro my car traps 102, but it hooks sick, it should ET 10s for sure.

Personally, ill take MPH. I care about how my car performs on the street, not the track.

I think its safe to say that running 7.75 in the 1/8th at 87 mph would yield a low 12 sec pass. Even if he back half'd only 22 mph (which is on par with n/a 4v's) then that would mean 109mph. That is a low 12 sec pass. You can argue it all you want but his car is a low 12 sec ride.

Oh and you can run radial fronts with a bias ply tire. Plenty of people do it. My car goes straight as an arrow with it. Sounds like another behind the fence expert.

Goin by NHRA rules. I know alot do it and I also had a friend try it and almost lost it. The car can start to sway uncontrollably.

Oh wow you run in Mooresville? I live like 20 minutes from the track. Never took my car down it because it isn't worthy yet, only spectated. My buddy runs there a decent amount in his Thunderbird Turbo Coupe though. He paid 500 bucks for it and that thing will sneak up on you these days. Might try driving my car down for ***** and giggles once I get a tune in like 2 weeks.
