Ok... Im trying to stay as un-biased as possible... but come on. Do you guys honestly think thats right for a H/C 2v?? My buddies bolt on stock long block 2v made 259whp SAE through a t56 swap and 4.10s. His car didnt even have headers. In fact me and the local speed shop speced him out a setup to get him 400+whp out of the stock bottom end. And for those who think that 259whp isnt true... his car trapped consistant 105-106mph. The only reason he didnt build a motor... is because he ended up selling it and buying a 13 boss 302. Hes also the same guy that went 11.9 at 115 stock in the boss
Seriously... Stock 2v heads and intake flow in the 145cfm at peak flow...
Foxlake TrickFlow heads flow 290CFM and a hand ported p-51 intake touches 300. That alone is literally DOUBLE the air flow while re-using the stock cams... at that point its as simple as specing a cam on a cam doctor.
Its not hard to make that power. If you make 222whp out of a H/C 2v.. congrats... you officially make less power then the stock longblock.

Built to the hilt bored and stroked 2v's with heads, cams, intake, full suspension, slicks, geared, and weight reduction and driver mod running low 12's @ ~112! Granted this was 2005, but not much has changed since then. TFS heads are a significant improvement over stock but not nearly as great as people hype them up to be. Only "easy" way to make one run worth a damn is with FI.
