the El Camino ran great and I think it's funny that they downplay that cars potency on the show but man that thing brings the mail. Too bad flip passed away, but I thought that was the greatest send out showing his run with boostedgt. Seems as though some people think it's a fix just because boostedgt didn't win. If you watch vids on youtube you'd see that he doesn't win every race as most seem to think. With that said I love that yellow mustang. One sick street car.

Sean said during the episode that they were making double the power that the car makes on motor. Being an aggressive BBC, i'm sure it makes 600+ on motor (being conservative because it's junk parts), which lead me think they have to be spraying another 600+ for that race with boostedgt.

The motor isn't anything special. Maybe makes 500 to the tires. Then made right at 1000 to the tires on the bottle. Love the elco, miss flip.

If they wanted to make it a drama they would have had the OKC guys lose to the Texas guys and save that for the season finale which is next week. Nothing says hype train like "season 2: OKC coming for blood". Instead they didn't lose which would have honestly been a better setup for the following year if all they cared about was portraying a drama.

Does anyone seriously think that any of the guys from Texas including BoostedGT would sacrifice their character to throw a race simply to promote the show? These aren't some simple town street racers from Texas after all.
