I go to the track once or twice a year. If I go more they'll boot me for no cage. And how are you faster? ooooohhhh yea your a ford guy that will nit pick over .02.......but will then forget your 3-4mph down.

So guys would you rather have .02 of a sec.......OR........go 3-4 mph faster? can't wait to see how this work out. Personally I'll the 3-4 cause you'll never see the .02 on the street. But you sure as hell will see that 3-4

It's still a 5.3.....but it's gonna act bigger.

Again I ran the car once and this car has been 2-3 mph faster than your car with the previous owner but unlike you I try to keep bench racing out of it.

So it's 4.6+XXX but 5.3 is still a 5.3? You're really a brand loyal fan boy

I think he is secretly a Ferd guy. Ask him about the Termi he has. Looks like he has put some love into that car.
No true GM guy would care that much about a Ferd.

I like the car, no denying that. And I really don't mind furds.....I take them for what they are. For the most part I have always owned gm stuff and it has served me well. I've had alot of friends with furds. When I think of what I would wnt for my next build........I think new 5.0 in a 65 or 66 fastback. First I have to get a LS swapped 56 BelAir done.

What are you talking about? The LT1 was well known for its times. The C4 and early lt1 fbody cars hit sub 13.5 stock (13.3 iirc for a 93 formula m6 and 12.99 for a 95 c4 M6)

It is.

Mod for mod and stock for stock. What planet were you on???

Lol to be serious, the 7k rpm 4V Cobras were quick with a shitton of gearing(4.30+), but the LT1s tq made them look downright anemic off the line.

2vs were still pieces of **** though.

How come the ford guys want to overlook the lt4? Do they not want to admit it's superiority?

Last time out.....it was my best. I'll be getting some new times soon too

Still on the 10bolt though so they won't be optimal. Just as the ones in the sig aren't. Car had a bad o2 then. Not sure if it or how much it hurt it but it for sure was not good for it.

He's not a Ford guy, either you haven't been paying attention or you are used to barking up the wrong tree.

Common man you think lt's are bottom of the barrel. I don't think a cobra r is that great. It took gutting it to get where it is. Do that to the lt4 and they're neck in neck. Hell they're pretty damn close the way they are.

Typical ford guy mentality......look I want to compare a gutted factory race car they made 300 of to your production car with ac, radio, sound deadening.

FYI all m6 vette's were lt4's in 97. Not exactly a limited production engine like your trying to compare it to.

And like I said before.....if the 4v **** is so great.......you guys take your blower off. I don;t see ANY of you guys doin that to prove me wrong. What it seems you do want to compare is your aftermarket boosted car to my n/a bolt on turd.
