Z28 vs. conversion van?

Z28 vs. conversion van? pulling out of parking spot in 7-11 I revved my engine a little (for no reason) and this huge maroon van (complete with blinds on the windows and top canopy) revs his engine too and backs out. I glanced over - it had some cheap aftermarket rims, a fairly loud exhaust and white letter tires - but I thought it was coincidence, so I keep going and head for the exit. I hear a loud noise behind me and sure enough, this van is right up my ***! Still thinking no way is this guy trying to race me, so I pull out on to the highway normal speed, change CD, look up and sure enough - he's tailgaiting me like a bastard at 60 MPH!!! So, I figure now I have to do something. I nail it and put like 20 car lenghts between us and I think ok, that's the end of that guy, and slow down to the speed limit again. 10 seconds later I hear this ungodly roar and there he goes, doing the traditional ricer fly-by at about 100mph!!!!
