My WS6 with TFS 215 heads, cam, fast intake, did 455rwhp on the same dyno.
not doubting your z06 or to dyno race but that Mustang dyno must be calibrated to read like a typical high reading dyno jet..
not all mustang dyno is calibrated to read low, often AWD mustang dyno set up are the ones that read low, 2wd mustang dyno are often calibrated to read like a dyno jet

but but but.....my tuner told me he had the lowest reading dyno in a 500 mile radius and that my car was a factory freak and that I had the fastest 5.0 eating corvette around.

Let me know when you want to come down to the one I use.

390??????????? Brian and I are past that already.

I would guess mine would get near 480 with the right cam. It should not be hard to pick up 50-60 hp.

As far as et/trap. IDK.....that depends on various things. But I will tell you this. I'll be looking for a new best next time out.

OP, nice race!
You and others don't get it. I know what the car did when it was the "norm".

IDK why you guys think it is so tough for a ls6 to reach 400+ whp. FYI.....solid full bolt-on ls1's make 360-370 whp. A ls6 has 60 more hp as rated from GM.

I feel like a super hero, my raggedy Ford makes 589 at the back tire on a dyno and that wasn't even turning it hard.

Cool....put the furd stuff back in it and see what happens. Funny how they run so much better when you take the furd out of the ford.

Everything when you're comparing your complete and awesomely incredible furd with no ford part to bolt-on or cam only ****.

So all of your parts are OEM GM stuff, right?

Oh, wait.

If I remember correctly you have a couple mustangs? I could be wrong. Which one made the 589?

Take off your FAST...and your headers...and your clutch...and EWP...etc. Not GM parts.

Aren't you running a 9 inch now, too? Ford design. Nice! Of course you'll come back with ignorance and tell me the brand it is, and claim it isn't from Ford

I know you're not really this dumb.

Yep....pretty much as far as power production/durability is concerned.

His fox is the one he's talking about now. But you gotta watch him, he switch off on you.

Ok.......I'll take those parts off he does the same with all his stoker crank and aftermarket heads, rods, pistons, intake, cam.....blah blah blah.

I can see you not liking the comment I made. And if I'm a betting man I would say you have very few furd parts left in yours furd build to. Funny how you nutswinging furd guys are the first to get rid of the ford in your furds.

The 9' is about the only design furd done right........and mine has no furd parts either. Are you seeing a trend here?

I don't dislike your comment, you look like a fool when you talk to people and disqualify their cars because your car has more OEM **** on it. Motor swapped and hacked up OEM ****, but still OEM ****. Mine has OEM block, pistons, rods, crank, intake, transmission, rear, suspension. It's just a little 302, pay it no mind, but I thought I'd tell you how it has about as many OEM parts as yours does. The difference is mine wouldn't look like a piece of paper upon impact if I wrecked.

So what you're saying is, you have aftermarket parts in your car, Heater does in his car, and his car is faster.
Did I sum it up about right?

Cam only LS1's with just 241 heads or worse are typical to make over 400+ whp.

Ls1tech's cam only means stock heads, crank, rods, pistons and block
