I wish people would forget about the ZL1 t was a huge disappointment

Why are you comparing a vette to a muscle car?

 

I agree that the gt500 and the hellcat are clearly faster in a straight line....but around a track the zl1 makes/will make them look pathetic.

 

Iv'e been hearing about the ZL1 taking it in the corners. All the time on Camaro5 if the ZL1 was faster in a straight line you would never hear about the corners. But if the dodge guys brought up being faster in the corners the butt hurt would begin.

 

Wrong GT500 has beaten the Zl1 in the corners already and this Hell Cat was also built for corners as well

 

But but but the brakes... Excuses come fast for the 5th gen against everything else.

 

maybe if they could see out of the windows to know the corners coming the zl1 would do good

 

I'm just being funny, I actually like the zl1 very much. we have 2 around here and I think they look badass..

 

yea I really don't think the hell cat will be a great track or straight line car but its gona be a hell of a street ride !!!!

its got big horse power and the best looks IMO, I hope this combination makes it into the Charger and trucks as well !

 

No need to even compare this car to a ZR1. Probably 1k+ LB difference. No where near same league

 

I think an srt8 challenger in some cases looks better than a normal 5th gen, but 1les and zl1s are sexy

thats why they didnt have an issue with 707hp...
the Viper will be faster either way due to weight.
