Cammed LS1 RX7 vs unknown mod SRT8
Random encounter on the way to a meet, he wouldn't look over at me at all so don't know what his mods are. When he downshifted trying to get me to run while he was not on the camera side, it sounded supercharged. Either that or a bad powersteering pump lol.
Ran from 40ish to 115 he got the jump.

Ya the wind noise sucks pretty disappointed it's that bad. And my car is loud as hell and you can barely hear it in the beginning. I was too till I heard his car when my RPMs were low lol.

That's better than I expected for a big ol yacht. I haven't taken it yet but it made 365whp at 2850ish lbs 3.90 gears
Are all srt8 the 392? Thought they started that engine at a certain year

392 has been out for a couple years, most SRT8's you are likely to see are the slower 6.1L earlier versions. Those 392's do run good on the freeway, even at slow tracks they are trapping in the 112-114mph range. That's where your run of the mill bolton/cam'd GTO's and LS1 fbodies are trapping. Your car should be solidly in the mid 120's though at that weight and power.

Went back and looked at the 1080p video and didn't see a 392 badge on it. My guess is supercharged 6.1 auto. That would explain the butthurt lol. Wonder what would happen with a little spray
