Mkay... So what is a "JLT tune"... Just wondering... because JLT does not make tunes. There are some very good A6 tuners around. Makes a world of difference with the auto 5.0's. I liked my VMP tune, and decided to try Mid Atlantic Performance - Mike Rousch, which I like even more.

What altitude are you guys at? The traps seem kind of low.

you probably had a great running bolt on car. OP is a liar. he has a cam or noz.

ALL of the bolt on ls1's I ever ran I checked out.

power to weight for a typical bolt on ls1 means he weighs 2990 to just stay even.

fast, this or that mod cant make up for 75 rwhp lost.

5.bro gets hit and get pulled continuously.

OP I a liar like I said. and he knows it.

fairly typical fast92 dyno. notice the 5252 torque and hp crossover and very little climbing power after that.

there is ONLY a few ways to extend the operating rpm of an engine.

change to a larger cal with timing for high rpm power

use a ls6 cam to hide having a cam

retard the stock cam timing which kills low end.

an intake manifold can extend it a bit but rarely adds much.

the basic max torque rpm is what it is.

This. Trolls are going to troll. Notice no ET's of this bolt-on phenomenon. Wonder why?

I had an 01' Z28 with the LS6 intake. Low miles. I had it dyno'd before and after the mods I did and took it to the track many times. I knew what it was capable of.

But people want a sense of "I'm famous" on the internet these days.

I went high 11s and trapped a best of 114mph with stock wheels, sway bars on and spare tire jack in car. And I had mistakes. With a bolt on car. Anyone can do it and a stock 5.bro should be lunch

You stupid ****......go back and try to comprehend instead of getting your *** railed. He said the mustang extended its rpm range by 1300 rpm.

Nice kill...A well setup bolt-on LS1 can be faster then many of these half *** cam LS1 cars you see around here regularly. The days of solid LS platforms out roaming the streets are getting few and far between....it's all budget bull **** combinations with drive thru dollar menu tunes.
