Oh yeah, you should fit right in with Hio.

If you think calling me a *** is a insult, you're mistaken. I've probably been married longer than you've been alive.

I was thinking more along the of you posting a pic with a sign over your head that reads, "I'm a dumb ***".

You too Hammer, Mike Morris, Heater!
So, five female employees drive one Mustang? Did they all buy the car together? Idiot...

Good thing you don't care about seeing Islanders Mustang...your car couldn't get close enough to see either one of is.

there is ONLY a few ways to extend the operating rpm of an engine.

change to a larger cal with timing for high rpm power

use a ls6 cam to hide having a cam

retard the stock cam timing which kills low end.

an intake manifold can extend it a bit but rarely adds much.

the basic max torque rpm is what it is.
Here is my dyno, free mods, lid, and a flow master. LS1 intake, not ls6. If my car only made 330 with a fast intake, tb, lt's and duals. i would push it off a cliff.

Just a safety measure.. not saying it NEEDED it... but I did it just to feel better about it. The car made no more power and ran no quicker with the higher octane fuel in the car. So it was still Kill mode regardless... didn't change.

I had plans to upgrade the heat exchanger and IAT temps would not have been an issue after that.
What are you seeing for IATS? From the start of a pull to the very end... how much do they increase?

Different correction factors were used. You would only make ~310sae.

HERO STD correction. hell my coyote makes 430 STD.

guess you gotta push it off a cliff. and that dyno is in Canadian altitude. higher than most places as a base altitude.

that is a typical dyno. NOT A HERO OR MAX ASSHAT. not low not high. typical. and intake and throttle body can help only as much as the stock ports it is placed on can flow in the tuning the intake is designed for. placing a tunnel ram on an otherwise stock motor will probably gain a few peak hp over other designs, but is limited by stock port flow.

I deleted the datalogs I had, but on a couple 3rd-4th gear pulls I did, IAT went from 112ish to 126 on just one pull.. but cooled fairly quick between pulls. Doing 3-4 back to back pulls, the heat starts to set in and the stock exchanger can't keep up. If I had the upgraded dual fan heat exchanger, IAT wouldn't be a huge issue.

Did you go PD? or Centri? Centri wont be as big of an issue if you did.

What you said is somewhat true......but if you truly knew wtf you were talking about you would know a ported fast could be worth as much as 20hp over his ls1 intake. Most don't think the fast is worth the $$ in that power range so you don't see it used much. There is also a guy on here that made over 370 whp on a ls1 with a carb style intake.

inb4littleman...lmao
