Sure the amount if people a car seats determines it's competition. Hid's do not......not a very good point at all.

A family of 4 could dd a z28.......it could be the family car if they choose. A gt350r could not just as a vette could not.

Furd guys get upset when you compare GM's fancy 2 seat car to the mustang. This opinion is only a fair reality of that.

A family of four wouldnt dd a z28 due to the extremely expensive rubber which would be wasted dd. Ot the fact that you could just bolt the rear seats back in on the gt350r if you wish.

Also these are not dd, they are track based vehicles that can be driven on the street. And in this vehicles intended purpose it really should only have one seat as you lap alone, but the passenger seat is for the instructor to sit as you figure the track out. So i dont get your point here

That has got to be about the gayest logic I've ever heard why two cars are not comparable

Mustang - Camaro = direct competitors

Unbolt rear seats in Mustang = direct competitor with Corvette.

Makes perfect sense.

You can dd those cars. Gimme reason you can't. Actually motor trend got a long term z28 to dd.

Hhhjjmmmmm.....looks like your anus is already being stretched with comments like that.

i consider the gt350 and the z28 competitors and hopefully we will see a direct comparison there.

funny i bet most of you don't remember furd not giving a boss up to test against the 1le cause furd said it was not a direct competitor to the boss.......lol

Your gay....... i gave a very good reason.

With that said I'm sure they will be compared. But if all is fair then you will have to include the z06 too. It's a 2 seat car in the same price range.

Lol, almost spit out my drink!

In all seriousness, why is this lap not listed on the official lap times list if it was from July last year?

Because the OP is trolling to make GM look bad, I am going to play Devil's advocate...

September was 4 months ago. If it beat the Z/28 time, Ford would have made sure the official time would have been posted along with the release of the 350R.

If the tables were turned, no one on Ford's side would take an unofficial Z/28 time as credible. In the same way, neither will I - until it's official.

This lap bs means nothing to me. You could put two complete noobs in both the Z28 and GT350 and even if the 350 is 5 seconds faster don't mean you are going to win. With the shitty drivers that are out there.

I look at it like this... the mustang appeals more to me solely on looks. They are near identical in corner carving and price. Im interested to see how the GT350 handles the 1/4 mile.
