I live in San Diego 10 minutes from the water, and its not all that expensive. Idk why you try to make it seem like cali is so "baller" and "high life", its ******* hot as hell, over taxed, and run by batshit feminazi dikes. I live less than 2 miles from downtown bro... its the expensive part. Uptown is a nice area, low crime, but impossible to park in. and if University Ave rings a bell.... You can take that street right through my neighborhood
