Love 60's here! Great second gear starting point for me at 4700. Dat torq doe... Makes all the difference.

Because it requires almost no skill. Drop it into whatever gear puts you below redline and floor it. Plus it is a shorter run, rather than a 20-120 run.

Maybe it's just the 6L80Es but my best rolls are 20 and 45 my rpms are at 4600 give or take im on my powerband and when my converter locks in 3rd it pulls very hard. So at 60 I'm in 3rd, my rpms are 3300 which is too low for me so when my converter locks I'm struggling to get my rpms up fast enough.
