Dream Cruise racing
Got a couple of races last night on Woodward. The north end north of Birmingham the roads are emptier. A new 5.0 mustang pulled up to me and revved his engine. Luckily we caught a light. Had a car and a half on him by the top of first gear and walked away. A ZL1 Camaro was watching and came over. Caught another light. Put about a car on him over about an eighth mile. Expected him to come around me but he never did. Caught another light with him and same result. Guess the old 99 Z28 is quicker than I thought. LOL

The week prior to the Cruise is usually the best time to be there as far as any street action goes.
The day of the Cruise is a virtual parking lot on Woodward.
Then the LEO's shut Woodward down around 9 or 10PM.
Kind of a Bummer for a Saturday night, but I imagine if they didn't the proverbial **** would hit the fan.
