2011 Bolt On 5.0 vs 02 H/C/I LS1
Was out cruising in Mexico today and ran into a 2011 5.0. Owner was pretty cool and we decided to do a couple 40 rolls.
5.0 mods- Intake,LT headers, high flow cats, axel back, shifter, and Bama toon.
Z28 mods- 11.4:1 SBE LS1, Tea 243 LS6 heads, Ported Fast 92/92 Intake, 22x/22x 112 cam, Kooks 1 7/8 with TD exhaust, FTI 3800 stall, 3:73 gears, drag pack...tuned by me.

Not yet... I did use my GTECH meter that has been accurate within a tenth from the same track the 5.0 was at. I went 11.58 @ 127 today w/ a 3.5 0-60. The mph always reads high so it's not a 127mph car, I am guessing 122-123 range...which makes sense judging by the pull.

Thanks! The spare tire and jack are removed but that is it. This is a 1sc/sz stripper car with a curb weight of 3380lbs...so it's a little lighter then base Z28's and a decent amount lighter then SS/WS6 cars. It's only options are Monsoon and AC. Manual windows, locks, seats, and no keyless entry or VATS.
