Yep pretty impressive... hell I only make 356rwtrq... the N54 is a beast once you start tuning/modding.

 

My br0 made 385 torque. Dyno must be off.

 

Kool so I was pretty much right on. I believe you mentioned once before that the headers alone are worth about 30rwhp/trq so with tune/intake should put it around 350 or no?

Not sure what it made stock, but its rated @ 400 crank torque.

Thanks! Found a 2011 with 18k miles. Immediately bought downpipe, jb4, charge pipe and a filter. Going to look at Pure turbos next spring I think.

 

I hope you don't plan on daily driving it. Or any BMW for that matter lol.

Willizm has daily drove a few for quite awhile now. I can't recall him having problems with any of them.

 

My buddy has a 135i that has been back to the dealer plenty.

 

I wouldn't own one out of warranty (just in case) but I have numerous friends driving N54s daily with zero issues. They are pretty damn reliable, just costly if certain things do fail.

 

^This. I have a buddy that owned one and is pushing for me to get one saying he'll do all of the maintenance on it, but it also scares me because he sold his to avoid the impending costly maintenance he needed to perform on it.
