I'm not saying he has or has not used it in the past, but he sure seems like he'd be the type to try to use it and keep it hid... Then as soon as he gets beat and wasn't expecting to, he'd pout that someone else is using it.

Quite a few pages back there is a video of him racing Poppacap and poppa rolled him up good and mappins seems to be really bent about it for whatever reason

Mappins got bent because everyone was ripping into him and his car. I actually thought his car did pretty good considering the power level he was at. He had the weight advantage but he was down on some ponies.

All I can say from watching those videos is mappins you got your ******* gaped and your **** is slow as ****. Also you're a ****** for leaving the section because of this. Poppa your **** is slow too though and I'd drag both your sorry asses on the highway any day.
