Stock Cobra vs stock LS7, the Cobro would get beat especially in a considerably lighter Corvette. However, who kept their Cobros stock. Back then, after a year or two, most of them either had a KB or Whipple making 550 to 600 Hp with a **** load of torque. Depending on the mods of both cars, the race could go either way. It would take less mods though for the Vette to be the faster car.
