K&N drop in filter picked up just under 5hp/5tq. With proper testing this time.
stay tuned on Camaro 6 for more testing. It has to be re-done on the other cais. They found out the car was going into catalyst protection mode when they tested the CAI brand and the mishimoto after repeated pulls. So they may show gains now when they didn't before. But all in all from what ive gathered roto-fab looks the best at this point.

The only thing that would happen is the ls3 would make the same power on less boost......likely limit its rpm and make 800+tq at 3k rpm where it's not usable. Unless its in a truck.

Why would you run the same blower on 2 engines 80hp apart? This is the 3rd time I've asked this. Please answer.

Well....that's not actually true. If you want to compare that then compare hp/ lb of boost.
Or do you just want to compare 2 different engines at different atmosheres and probably on different fuels to. Please post all this solid info you claim to have.

im hoping to see poppas car make good power with the addition of a snail or two. this way i have someone that can run on the street to see how my little 16 year old engine fairs against the all mighty STROKIN YOTE but i do expect it to be fast none the less

I bet if you sized a blower or turbo appropriately for an LS3 motor, if you use that same turbo/blower that's appropriately sized for the LS3 but slap it on a Coyote, I bet the coyote still out does the LS3.

You guys have zero clue how this works......like None. How come you wanna run more boost? Equal the boost.....select efficient blowers for the boost for each engine and call it a day.
