Mio and Ochristiano would be a good source for it. I think ochristiano is planning on running it or his tuner has or something like that.

Thanks

They already lose a bit of midrange with the stock msd even after tuning and advancing cam timing. But nice gains up top.

Does this porting extrapolate this tendency or balance it?

I really enjoy the all around torque/balance of this motor as is. Not sure I want to make it into just a top end screamer...

3 mods but requires a full page of explanation for non-mods lol.

Must be something in the air that fbo e85 cam'd Coyotes on drag packs run 12s around here lol

Didn't you run 12s at 113? but beat 120mph cars on the street?

For me and the a8 it was more amazing to jump into a GM vehicle that was properly geared from the factory. 1st gear seemed pretty aggressive and I like it

Or let me put in simple terms. If I buy a base model bro automatic.....I swap to drag radials on the rear and do a Lund tune or equal to it.....I have an 11 second car? NOOOOO WAYYYYYYY. Hence the term "brostock". You bros have LT1 envy hence your bullshit claims have gone through the roof. 490 ish RWHP on 93 octane on motor.... we have now 5 at work thanks to a worked MSD intake. 6th gens here have run 11s with pump gas tune and drag radials on the stock wheels.
I saw Zachs slips.. knew his mods. Yall just jelly. I ran same times as him.

Yeah its a shame those pump gas tuned and drag radialed 6gen run same times as stock ones.

As mentioned before... you can run 93octane all you want. many people personally don't give a **** that you huggers are hung up on 93 octane for some reason. Yall also seem to be the butthurt ones with the 6gens out.. because you constantly talk **** about 5.0s. You know what they say about people who constantly bash a certain car.... its in their feels.

I bet I'd pick up .2 or so from a quality 93 tune. 10 hp plus reduction of TM.

But I'm thinking flex and delete of all cats for by far the biggest hp$ on these cars. For stage 1 of mods that is. That should be ~45 rwhp. Under a grand.

It will honestly be fun to watch them try and keep up with just that.

Agreed, I think with slicks I could get bottom 12's. But the torque management/ clutch protection would have to go to have a chance at 11's . So a tune would definitely be nescearry . Thankfully that still only puts me at 3 mods.

All the newer vehicles ....by newer being less than 15yrs old see to be getting junkier as tgey incorporate more recycled material in them.

To me wiring harness cracking is poo. The dealer should replace that along with the cluster. Fyi- sometimes insurance will cover odd **** like that.

I'm not butt hurt at all. You seem to be tho. I think it's kinda funny you got pulled up top by a much slower car.

Nice that you try to equate your 12.4 to your 12.6 that happened on different days instead of your 12.4 to the 12.8 you ran all day on the same day same track. **** seems odd the me how you couldn't run with in .4 of your best 1/8 either. That had to be like a 10k da swing for that to happen

Well ****....i didn't take any weight off mine but what i took off with mods to.

Good to know that doesn't equalweight reduction.

I'll have to check into it more. Thanks, Dug.

Meanwhile a speedo app on my phone and no gas gauge indicator is rather annoying.

I went 12.32 in a Bama tune and tire 5.0 when they came out in 2011. With the tunes they have today, I can't see why one can't run a high 11 with tune, tires and exhaust.

It would likely take some good air and good track but yeah I'm on board with that.

It isn't out of the realm of possibility

Poppa you are drugged up. Snap out of it

MSD ported shows great gains on LT1 and LS7. Injector boss area big problem on LS7 piece.

I think you are appearing to be stupid as a joke. Yet again.. 12.4 zero wheelspin.. first run.. fresh track prep. 12.8 wheelspin.. track going away. Do not care what you believe

And the only reason that pull happened at 120 with Phil is because he was already in the meat of his powerband and I just shifted. Had we drug it out to higher speeds I would have come back around for sure. Keep dreaming bruh.

And what are you talking about within 4 tenths of my best 1/8th? It was 8.05 on the 12.4, 8.2 on the 12.8s. Really not arguing with you... your opinion has zero bearing on anything. Enjoy.
