Just wondering cuz you said you were faster than a 6g. I'm the 3rd a8 to run 11.60s with a drag pack near stock. Yes I have cai and PTB but they arent worth much at this point.

Locally quickest I've seen them run is 12.3-12.5@112-114 at our track stock. Super impressive as our track doesn't see negative DA much like yours does and 6G fast list times.
Didn't you say DA got down to negative the night you ran 11.8? If it was positive, I'm sure it wasn't positive by much.
Again, not taking away from the 6G at all, just calling things as they are.
My car has bolt ons.

It was frustrating too because they closed early when DA was -500 to -600 and I wanted a dead hook run which could have put me in the 11.50s possibly.
I'm really not so sure you are faster than a hooking stock a8 6g but I'll take your word. Plenty of people have run 12.1-3 with DA well into the positives. 113-115 traps completely stock.

By the end of the night da was negative 120 for my 11.80 pass. It was positive 300 when the night started and I had ran other passes from 11.8-9. It was also windy that night which must have made a difference because I dropped over a tenth with a worse 60 ft in not much better DA at -400 for my 11.68. No wind. I also picked up 2 mph in trap speed.
It was frustrating too because they closed early when DA was -500 to -600 and I wanted a dead hook run which could have put me in the 11.50s possibly.

No worries, brudder. A bit of smack talk is good here and there. All in good fun.
Currently making extra principal payments to pay off the wife's car quicker. That is my first priority right now. Hate debt.
So why have stock 6Gs here went slower than my old setup's times?
