You simply can not fix stupid is all.
First, there was a learning curve initially with Direct Injection and it took a little time for the performance shops to get the software and figure out the tuning.
Second not many are hacking up a C7 to run a internet hero time...too nice of a car.
Third the 6th gen has not sold very well at the original price. Over priced at MSRP and the 5.bro is better bang for the buck. Discounted pricing seem to have attracted buyers and now they are in the hands of a few willing to make them run. Hell dealerships are still trying to get rid of 2015 Z28's....seen a few new ones for 49K and they are sitting on them.
Fourth Any FBO bros running in the 10's are not full weight and not a apples to apples comparison to the OP. Yea there were a few that got into the 10's quickly by gutting the car and removing the exhaust with all the rest of the mods. At 25-30k you can justify raping a Bro to run a number, a little harder pill to swallow on a 50k 2SS. How many here are modding the Banks car anyway?
Both platforms are great in their own respect...I would have no problem owning either one, but I damn sure ain't going to mod the **** out of any car until I own it or buy it outright. Any reasonable person would agree.
That being said I think the OP's times are solid for the mods.

Not everyone is in to what you build. Not everyone builds the same thing. Not every car is at its peak in the same time frame. How long do you think it took for a street driven sbc to run 10's N/A?? How long do you think it took for the aftermarket to come out with decent stuff by your precious coyotes standards?

Congrats to Pray for his times. Also running in -1400 DA is like claiming a tire only c6z is a 10sec car cause Ranger did it at Atco, in December, after about 17 million passes. Certainly not the norm and I don't take shop dyno or track times, from Camaro's or Mustang's.

I also have about the lowest dyno numbers I have seen in a 6G. Everyone and their damn mothers car puts down more than mine does. I am also not a shop. This is not a shop car. I am a regular dude with a regular job. I do this on the side and try to share what I have learned with the group for everyone's benefit. So no hero like Ranger or Rob Z or Gary or the other Atco Vette heros.

My stock to modded numbers in 6th gear on the DJ 248 I use for testing. These numbers are pre E85. Ported IM/TB, RF CAI with dry filter, Tune. Not sure what it will do on E85.

But Marc a lot of what he is spewing out is nonsense and not facts. No I'm not going to go over every detail but he is clearly trolling to see how long he can drag this foolishness out.

So far from results we've seen on paper:
6G>Coyote: stock
Coyote>6G: bolt on
Coyote>6G: NA
Coyote>6G: FI
3/4. It is what it is.
I'm sure the 6G will eventually beat it with bolt ons but still a waiting game it seems.
