5gen 1le is just a flat out better car than yours. Hands down.....not even a good competition unless your goin straight. But look......all of a sudden poppa wants to talk slips
If you had a stick phil would clobber you fo sho. Proof is he went faster than your blower swapped gt100 with a bolt on 5gen. I guess you can't drive a stick and had to go auto to gave some kinda worth.
So now you're talking drag racing only. Hhhmmm....my bet is you only did rolls on the street in mehico

Yup....regular 5gen be easier to et with.
Actually the biggest difference is in the 330. You're basically getting a running start at the rest of the track vs him. With mph only being about .5 apart its really not a big difference. Remember hes not running skinnies and is quite a bit heavier. The 3/4 gear shift is misleading to. Barely enough time to recover from it. It was getting 3-4 of kr that day also. Lots of differences in how each car runs to say which one is faster. Likely you on the digs due to automagic vs a 1st gear that runs to almost 60mph and him on the rolls due to the ls3.

Also, you shouldnt use trap speed as the ultimate indicator of what will happen in a race out in the real world...
Again, as it stands, i am willing to bet money that phil has you covered on a 60-160.
