If you have a quality road and can get there fairly quick it is not too bad.

Oh actually scared? Nah. I've been around 190 in a couple cars. Fbody included. I was more referring to the 60 mph start speed.

Wtf... 150 was rather common about once every trip out with the C5, foxbody and any crotchrocket I've had. A quick 1/2 mile blast rollin gears thru 4th down a nice desolate country road then quickly slow back down. Not flying down the road for miles going those speeds. That's f'n retarded.

After 130 it all looks and feels about the same. I've had my speedo all the way in my voltage gauge. Probably 170 something. Nick, don't be a sissy.

Same here... Me and DD touched 155-160 before I let off on one of my runs with Protojoe. Car wanted to keep pulling...was going into a slight sweeping curve . Not in a hurry to do that again though... too much can happen at those speeds... tire pops and bye bye.

it was 8.5 hours from my house to my sisters camper in Morehead. My mistake was NOT waiting until Sunday to drive to London. London was exactly 5 hours. Leave at 5am I get to London at 11am local time. The car I can actually race will be tagged soon enough. I hate it I missed out. I was tempted to stop and stay the night in London. Too bad.
