Looks like e85 eorth way more than the 6-10hp we are led to believe.

That 135 not gonna do 120 on 93.
Been done before so why wouldn’t it ? And I’ve told you e85 was worth more than that multiple times . You should listen to a more reliable source sometimes

Compression definitely helps. The new lt1 Motor loves e85 due to DI and compression bump from Ls3

120 has been done with them before with less mods on 93

Not sure honestly. First time any of us have met the guy, he's new to the group. I'll ask and see.

350 hung right with a 119-120 car before mods so ya.

What do they pick up with E85 ?

I know on a 6g E85 and cat delete are the biggest bang for the buck you can do. About 50 rwhp.
Keeps having issues when he loads the tune from the nGauge. Last tune was for 8750 but it keeps ******* up and setting it to 8000. I tapped it last night at 8k and I could definitely tell it wanted more.

Should be around 480-490 wheel with cat deletes/e85. Said he's probably gonna do longtubes next then boost eventually, if he keeps it.

There is an option for limited slip upgrade aftermarket wise though right? Just not very cost effective.
Yeah, they have a few different options to upgrade. It's like $1200.

Love the n54 cars. Sucks they have an open diff. One of my good buddies used to have a bolt on 135 on e47 mix and it was definitely a fun little car.

You are a dim wit, I will absolutely **** pound a gt350 from a dig or slow roll.

Go for a ride in one and go wot from a 10 mph roll.....you're going to be there a while lol

Since you made a jab at my car I will explain it for you.
I'm a stalled auto, I don't give a **** about low end torque at WOT because my car never sees below 6000 rpms at wot.

A gt 350 makes NO LOW END TORQUE.

A 10 mph roll is ignorant in a car geared like the GT350 lol nothing is making much torque that low in its respective powerband. 1st gear roll needs a good 25-30 mph.

And I'm sure a GT350 will never see below 6000rpms at WOT as well...

Apparently people are racing their GT350s at 2,500rpms and shifting before 5,000rpm..

We are talking about LOW END TORQUE.
It will see plenty of rpms below 6000 from a starting line or a slow roll on the street in the city from a random encounter. Lots of cars out there that would make it look goofy stop light to stop light.

Gt350 owner's: " Lets do a 120 mph roll "

The low end on the motor doesn't seem terrible from the dyno chart. The main tq rise is between about 3000-3800 rpm.

350 has plenty of pep. Dont let those magazine reviews fool you... It gets up and boogies.

Definitely fun cars! Have had one for a few years now and it's been great to me, but I think it's time for an ATS-V now

I have driven a GT350, and can tell you it's less powerful than a stock LS1 F-body below 4000RPM. After that it feels strong, impressive actually for a naturally aspirated Ford.

I didn't get a chance to use the launch control, but in my short drive I couldn't find the sweet spot in getting it off the line. It either bogged really bad, or the tires went up in smoke (not my car, didn't want to ruin the clutch). Either way, it was exactly as reported, gutless at low RPM.

The sound, like an Eaton supercharger, was both annoying and addicting.

It's the V8 version of a Honda S2000.

Funny.

I own a 14' 100 and also have driven a 350 (with my lady and another big guy as passengers).

At no point, did it feel "gutless". Not at 1k rpms not a 2k, 3k or so on.

There is no Eaton SC sound. Although the motor's sound was intoxicating (in a very good way).

As much as I like catfishes and LS motors, comparing it to a stock LS1 is plain silliness. Lol

The car was seriously impressive all the way around. Definitely a premium vehicle.

The only complaint I had (if any), would be that the recaros are made to fit lady-boys or teenage like men. The bolsters would dig right into your shoulders and thighs, making the seats very uncomfortable. My girl was comfy tho!
