Default GT350 vs 135i

Gt350: Cat deletes, Lund E85 tune rev limiter set at 8k

135i: Full bolt on, upgraded turbos, 93 octane

I drove the GT350 tonight; loved every second of it. Everyone who talks about how it has no low end torque has obviously never driven one.

Gt350's don't have any low end torque, just a fact man. They are absolute toilets under 5000 rpms but start to pull hard after about 5500

What is full bolt on nowadays on a lil 4cyl turbo car?

They really only need intake, exhaust, intercooler.
What else constitutes fbo?

Nothing else really, unless the 135i has some meth. That's a inline six though.

With the upgraded turbos that 135 is likely a 120+ trap car.

I've seen close to 130 with RB turbos. It's too bad they don't have a real rear diff stock, so launching is usually lacking.

I was thinking mid 120 to upper 120’s but saw 93 so went conservative back to the 120+

There is an option for limited slip upgrade aftermarket wise though right? Just not very cost effective.

Nice run. Great video. The flames were the cherry on top.

350s are awesome cars. Very very good looking too.

I can see a 350 with those mods trapping 121ish.

Nice. Shitted on em

Why the lower than stock redline ?

What do they pick up with E85 ?

I know on a 6g E85 and cat delete are the biggest bang for the buck you can do. About 50 rwhp.

E85 is supposed to be good for up to 10 whp over 93. It’s never been on a dyno but I’ve seen cat delete/e85 make as much as 500 whp on the generous end.

The limiter is supposed to be set at 8750 but the tune is acting screwy and I smacked the limiter at 8k where it should not have been on a test hit, so I’m short shifting until I get that resolved.

Looking at that graph I’m not sure why anyone would shift at 8500.

Because they aren't that powerful so they live off rpm and gear.

Looks like e85 eorth way more than the 6-10hp we are led to believe.

That 135 not gonna do 120 on 93.
