For the 6th Gen to get out on the 5.0 he was accelerating faster and had more mph. The 5.0 does start pulling back but still has to make up that lost mph in the beginning and now start adding mph to get to the same point at the same time. Since he does not pass the 6th Gen by the determined mph so he has not reached the terminal mph first or he would be ahead. Was he gaining mph, absolutely, but not enough. If the 5.0 had reached that speed first he would have let off. It would also stand to reason that he would have been ahead at that point as well. You can see it in the video down at the bottom the 5.0's speeds. That is how I came to this determination. This is why drag racing a predetermined distance is popular. It gives you two data points. A start point and a stop point equaling distance and 0 - what ever mph equaling speed. That is the way I see it.

let me just make something clear rolls were agreed as we started racing and never we agreed on the end speed , usually on previous races rolls were 40 to 140 or even beyond or 35 to 145 . look at all other videos i posted when have i let up at 130 ? but hey that torque converter is good for low rolls ..
The 6th Gen has the stock converter. That is a promise. An aftermarket converter won't help roll racing anyway..

I like digs, thats why I go to the track. But what we have here is a guy that doesnt race and hasnt posted a video of him racing his car making demands on what runs should be done. Dont get started with hypocrisy and DB. You start it every time then whine like dying pig.
on top of that you should probably post a dig race......instead of being bitchy and whiny.
I posted earlier this year about me dragging a 5br0.....no vid tho. Impromptu race. It happens....get over it.

I never said Swapped trapped 125+ you guys said it, especially Ultra. Just because a few guys have gone 126+ doesnt mean they all do. I was actually dead on when I estimated what Swapped should trap, last piece is for Gus to come back.

I trapped 121-122 with the same mods same wheels and tires and next to no tuning on the setup. Ran 11.1. Also at a heavier weight most likely.
id day this 6g is a 123-124 car. Hio about right
yeah maybe I was wrong about what swapped would trap. But maybe not. Things don’t akways line up how you think street vs track. I still say he is a 125+ car. Don’t mean he will win the roll in this case.
that or most of the bros on the net are full of **** hardcore. With his mods he should be 125 range no problem from what I can gather
