Found the 20hd on amazon for 360. Bikeman lithium charger for 35. Yeah it’s kind of a lot for ~45 lbs weight drop. My current battery is 23 but it’s kind of weak at only 550 ca . Hot starts are iffy sometimes. So hopefully it will solve that and I’ll drop 15-20 in the process

other options can run slightly cheaper down around 250-300 with restart feature and less CA. For another 100 just said screw it and got the one I wanted.

Ive used the li batteries for a good while. They work well until it gets cold out.....below 30* they start to struggle a bit.

I have lightweight bumper supports coming that save around 44 pounds total then apparently front swaybar is another 20lbs . So little over 100 lbs dropped from the car is gonna be nice . Also 42 lbs of it is in the front 😁

Pretty sure the 6th gen is aluminum already but I’m sure you can get them even lighter I’ll do some looking and let you know . But when I’m done I should drop 400 lbs or so

Even if true. How much weight can you really lose from doing that? Can’t be that much

Anything that's done is obviously worth doing in the eye of the doer. Trying to say it isn't worth it is downplaying and also it makes the person sound ridiculous. "I took my spoiler off before the race but it didn't do anything." Then why take it off?

True. But I didn’t say it did nothing. Said it wasn’t worth much.

So you dumb enough to believe what "erryone" says instead of me, the pics I've posted and the people that has seen the car?

Besides.....holes isn't gutting. You gutted yo stuff.

Ive told them to drill some holes and weigh them....they won't. But they would have a rude awaking when they realized the holes ain't worth **** in the end. It us a great diversion for the real weight reduction tho.

Well what is tryin to say it's worth more than it is????? Especially if you don't know. Wouldn't that make the person(s) sound more ridiculous?

Erryone should be happy that i have did (w)hole reduction. Less holes but lighter parts should make the erryone happy and stop the

There is this imagination where people think other people care a lot more about removing airbags and cutting factory parts and **** than they actually do.

It's only mentioned because it's worth noting that someone was so desperate for WR that they did **** like that. It shows how max effort the build is/was.

The credibility of those people is only diminished when they act like those efforts were trivial. If they're trivial, then undo them.

Are you saying that cory coyote car was max effort? You saying Larry is max effort? Are you saying erry mustang at the track is max effort with a seat removed? Cause there's airbags in them there seats you know......Confucius

Seems as though alot of bitching comes from the ones either lacking the know how or just plain out being to lazy to do mods.....maybe they lack the creativity also.....
..more Confucius

To focus on one thing to consider a car max effort is pretty assign and closed minded. For example- my camaro. So far from max effort it's retarded. No alternative fuel, no race brakes, always ran with seating for 4, rain worthy tires on it. ****.....it never even got to run in it's most powerful form. I mean it's not like i was swapping out heads and using multiple cams to try and increase speed and thus reducing fuel economy, streetability and reliability.
