This doesn't surprise me... people like him routinely go faster than the rest of us. In the case of Evans run he probably didn't have launch control set to 1500 like the other event did. That along with some weather / track prep would make for a huge difference in time.

I managed 13.1 @ 108 on a 2.1 60ft but I'm a pretty **** driver. It's not "norm" but I believe around a dozen people on LS1Tech reported 12s bone stock.

Give it a year and I am sure plenty of GT500s will be knocking on mid 10s in stock form.

Im not sure I would call it normal because ALOT of Fbody owners cant drive for ****. And that is most def only the M6 cars. Best I could manage out of my A4 car was 13.5 @ 104 bone stock and 13.1@ 108 tune only.


But it was certainly not uncommon for a stock m6 fbody to go high 12's with the right driver/conditions. I know probably 5 or 6 people personally who have done it.
