I may not be alone on this but very curious, seriously.

You must have run across data for this somewhere. So the transmission will actually add additional power above what the engine makes? No parasitic loss with A10’s?

I wish I had the available resources to push a car as you do sir.

Every conversation in the BS thread usually gravitates to Ford vs Chevy and we get more traffic, so be it. Everyone can learn from everyone -

It'd be great if WE could be a little more respectful.

There she goes again with a tranny being a ‘power adder.’ Anything to discredit a 18+ A10 or Ford to make their feels feel better.

Hio cant accept the fact that the 460hp Coyote is a beast.

I do believe it’s a much better starting place. I also do believe Ford was a little late into the game of this factory power level.

Coyote’s are a beast for years now regardless if Ford came late. Its quite simple. If Ford came out with a N/A 550hp from the factory Hio would still call it slow. Perhaps Ford never wanted to make higher power cars for the sake of their sales? Who knows.

For ***** and giggles I wonder if this list is current since looks like 2/18. I’ll check later- interesting info and I personally enjoy seeing the max effort results -

Watch out Jay your coyotard is showing thru. My guess is 6gen hasn’t been as fast or pushed as hard. You going to dodge the rest of what I said? I thought better of you than that but I guess all you coyotards can’t handle the troofs.

They absolutely are with boost and readily available and accessible.

3gen N/A is so much better as well but obviously still not on par with H/C LT.

Damn, thanks for looking out, I don’t want my coyotard showing too much, lol.

Scrolling so fast I must have missed your actual question, what was it again?

I think LT is being pushed but not as in demand as Coyote.

I think Pray is 2nd to none.

I think LS > LT results max effort so far

I think Modular > LS > Coyote > LT

Let me worry about DD, you’re always looking out I appreciate that

** DD just making fun of my slow coyotard, but I'm ok

The data is the m6 18 coyotah is atleast .5 slower than the a10. Probably closer to .7 really.

Hio cant accept the fact that the 460hp Coyote is a beast.
Well with the recent walking of the 480hp version of the coyotah by a lt car one would sum up that the 460hp version is less of a beast and not as beastly as the lt.

They just need to be geared to death to keep up even a little.

Well furd did come out with a less than impressive 526hp engine......so you might be onto something besides a dick.

I'll worry about that list when a na coyotah outruns me.

Besides a sbc went 5s many many years ago.

Have you and other furd guys not noticed the head to head ls vs coyotah comparisons??? Serious question.

So when you keep saying the A10 is a power adder, you don't really mean it actually adds additional power, it simply efficiently exploits the available power from a small cube, high revving motor and keeping it in the higher meat of the power band "appears" via videos and track data that it adds power. I agree with this version.

You're correct, those dyno's do not favor a coyote, no doubt. Looks like a 427 LS is cheaper to get results per dollar than a coyote on a dyno . IIRC a coyote even blew up on the dyno.

It would just be cool to talk about cars that are owned by members every once in awhile.

I might go to that with my slow car. Always a good time at these events even if the keyboard warriors are quiet church mice in person.

We all do it in here at times, just seems that the slow guys do it the most. I guess if it took me 20 years of modding to touch a very very high 10 one time, I wouldn't want to talk about that much either. lol
