Stock toon C8 w/turbros was destined for failz.

Going to pick up my GS from a carb rebuild and recent tune-up tonight. Didn't have time to go over it, and have a good friend with a shop that specializes in old school power - so it was quick and easy for us both.

Going to run and drive it a bit, and then bring it back for some fine tuning. If I get comfortable with how it behaves throttle wise - might be a road course session this fall - fingers crossed.

put the 20s back on for now. 315 rear, 275 front. To hot to do any real racing so do some hard parking till fall.

if what you want is a vette then wait. You'll regret anything else. I wanted a c7z till I drove one. Just felt like i was being smashed. same thing in a buddies gt350 with Recaros.

Well GS runs good again. Going to take it for a few hard drives and cleanup as much carbon buildup as I can, then back for some dyno action most likely. Couple more items to address, so see if I can get them done before the end of the season.

snooth but i felt to big for the car. Im 5 11 and at time 268lbs. If i was 5 11 200lbs still I'd probably bought. Same said for my buddies gt350. He is 5 8 160lbs. Fits him like a glove

Yeah im 6' 190. So I dont have an issue with thin seats. I loved the way my recaros fit in my Evo IX.
