I didnt burn down the house with the turkey fryer, the turkey wasnt overcooked, and i drank quite a bit. Was a pretty good day. And I may end up with a coyote for a daily. Not sure yet.

I didn't fix a turkey this year since my parents was afraid to leave their house. But when i do fix turkeys i inject them and cook them on a rotisserie......best turkey eevvvaa!

I inject mine, but I use "The big easy" infrared turkey cooker, the bird comes out great, I need a rotisserie to compare.

I soak my birds in a brine for 48 hours and inject them right before smoking them in the pit boss. Quite excellent. But very interested doing a rotisserie some time.

TSP 6th gen slip i got txt to me while our tuner Casey ie MailorderTuner.com who tunes the car was 8.9. But they was shooting to try get better. I was busy at work haven't read every message yet.

It was a 8.95. For some reason i thought it was 8.88. Tsp went like .02-05 or slower than him same day in 5th gen. I had to go back and look at Tylers and I messages. Which he just told me he picked up a 6th gen he's bringing for tuning soon too.

But either way last slip i was sent this morning was 8.94@148 for 6th gen. I know they was trying couple more hits, not sure on top of that. I know they had a 1.21 60ft on one pass.

Look up Sam Miller latest post on the quick 20 list page. It is a SBE LT4 ZL1 with ported LT4 supercharger that went 8's then says "F Pray".
