Default Procharged 5.BrO vs Katech 427ci Camaro SS

Someone mentioned this place was too much chit chat and not enough racing, well, here I am trying to deliver.

This race had been long coming. we tried to run about 4 months ago but its when I broke the trans. Finally met up and did some runs. His car is very well put together, Katech engines 427, worked LS7 heads, Cam, MSD manifold, E85, suspension, RPM built trans, wot box, polished diff gears, race brakes, drag pack. Dynoed around 625whp/530wtq. Here I am on 93 oct with a little octanium, makes around 645whp/470wtq with the obvious P1sc Procharger, Shelby manifold, full exhaust, dragpack, brakes, built 6r80 with circle D converter. 2 40 rolls.

Went to the rental KenB held a couple weeks back. Ran 10.1s at 138 at 3000DA, daytime, 95* outside. Managed a 1.41 60ft.

Idk yet. I’m guessing next big mod would be a blower upgrade. I can still push the P1sc quite a bit, maybe ill do that. P1X would be sweet. D1x would be badass.

Good runs.....ernie posted it in our chat. Still takes boost for furds to win. And a close race at that.

How come you ain't running 8s? I thought that 5br0s ran 8s with slb stock trans on stock brakes. Weird.

How come you have vertually no et change with a .14 better 60'......weird. oh well.....probably a timing error.

Lol boiiii Hio suppa pissed

No timing error, Lund said car was going into the high IAT table and pulling timing, charge temps were over 140 soon after going into 3rd over 150 by end of pull. 10.10 back up unlike your 10.7. Sorry

Why are you so hung up with 8s? Idc to run 8s.

Thats the first outing to the track after converter and the difference was before it was a cold winter night with -550 DA vs now a summer day with +3000 DA.

Nice! Those were some good runs! I am not sure if that was your 3rd or 4th gear but whichever it was, you pulled at the same spot on both your runs. Even though he did fall back a car or two, he did manage to hold it though. He did not fall back any further.
Good stuff, man and nice video.

Good runs and great vids - looks like his running drag pac on street too and you池e running your dd wheel tire?

You're on 93 as well? Great job with that little blower and little motor

Hio keeps bringing up 8s due to me pointing out the only stock engine trans combo known to run 8s is in a Coyote. I値l be there soon enough Hio try those breathing exercises the doc gave you to calm down -

Joking - I知 not all over you like these other guys - in every - damn - thread

Thanks, Jay. Little blower has done well. Keeps on going so I stick with it. It sees about 11psi up around 7700.
