I don't get why it's so hard to believe. They trap 115-117mph, the magazine testers were getting them to the bottom 12's, one ran 11.72 with drag radials. Unless you're just trolling, which I am pretty sure that you are.

I'[ll have to go through my pics, but I have a pic of a timeslip I took at the dragstrip, like a 2018 or 19 stock regular mustang 10 speed, on stock tires, ran 11.80's at 118mph.
edit. Found the time slip. 11.902 @ 119.53. Bone stock with the temp tag still on the car. 1.976 60ft, 5.206 330' and 7.794 at 95.40 in the 1/8. This was on Jan. 13, 2019.
