The concept of torque doesn’t change because you’re talking about running engine.
Torque without a rate is meaningless, torque over time is very important.
The word for torque over time is power.
Torque is not a synonym for power.
I want maximum average power in the working RPM range the engine.

You do know that the only reason the Z28 has a back seat is because the seat frame is a part of the structure and it would have been more weight to delete it, right? They're both stripped down, dedicated track cars, it's an apples to apples comparison. You're just making **** up because the Ford wins.

Link is busted, but I'm guessing that it's the 10 speed S650 vs the 6 speed LT1. I'll straight up tell you, the S650 GT Premium 10 speed, non performance pack is not fast, I know, I bought one. It has 300lbs on the LT1 to start with, throw in another 200lbs from the passenger, and you get a dead even race.

Again...it's not 2sec slower. It's faster on some tracks and that test the z28 had **** tires on it. I don't even consider the r in the equation....it's 2 seat. The z28 is faster than the gt350....end of starry.

I can tell ya one track off the top of my head.....vir. Lightning lap which is gonna be the most fair best comparison you'll find because all the manufacturers bring their A game there. No beat up press cars with questionable tires/alignment like in the test you posted. Vir lightning lap is the best most fair top tier comparison you're gonna find.
